Payment Information
Next Step Pediatric Therapy is an out of network service provider to all insurance providers. Payment in full is expected at the time of service.
At that time, we are happy to provide a statement of services for you to submit to your insurance provider, if applicable. This statement will include detailed diagnosis and treatment codes as well as the session information that most insurance providers require.
Payment may be made by cash, personal check or credit card. A $30 service fee will be charged to your account for any returned checks.
Any reimbursement from your insurance provider should be made directly to you.
In the event of an unpaid balance
Should you need to postpone a payment until your child's next session, we will provide a reminder statement, which will detail session dates and the balance due.
