Appointments

Regularly-scheduled therapy sessions represent an agreement between you and your child’s therapist. Upon evaluation, your child's therapist will recommend the length of session and frequency of session that they feel would benefit your child and these standing appointments will be scheduled accordingly. Your child's sessions will be scheduled in the same time slot on the same day each week throughout the school year; September through June. With many families having changing schedules for the summer months, our summer schedule is adjusted to meet your availability as well as that of the therapist. Our summer schedule is in effect for the months of July and August. 

Cancellations 

We respectfully request that you notify our office 24 hours in advance of any cancellations. We understand that circumstances over which we have no control occur can occur therefore we ask that you notify our office as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your child's appointment. 

A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed to your account, in the event of a non-emergency cancellation that takes place with less than 24 hours notice.
